Introduction
This five-day course teaches practical methods to plan, lead and sustain change. You will practice tools for assessing readiness, engaging stakeholders and reducing resistance. The program focuses on decisions, activities and measures that deliver adoption. Exercises and templates are designed for immediate use back on the job.
Objectives
2. Design a detailed change plan with milestones, roles, communications and resistance mitigations.
3. Run engagement activities (sponsor briefings, team workshops, feedback loops) that increase commitment.
4. Establish metrics and dashboards to measure adoption, benefits realization and need for course correction.
5. Hand off sustainment: embed new behaviors, update processes, and set governance for ongoing improvement.

- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
